Job summary
In order to guarantee a successful implementation of Business Central Unitech is looking for an interim Finance professional who can drive and manage this project in close relationship with the Director Finance and HR and the Business Central implementation consultants.
Project Tasks/Goals:
• Review and optimize business processes, replace unnecessary paper flows with automated approval flows;
• Ensuring consistency across the 4 European databases where possible;
• Respecting country specific rules and regulations, hence the move from one database to 4 localized databases;
• Ensure proper data protection, audit trail of key fields such as changing bank details;
• Set up of functionalities which are currently done manually outside Navision;
• Improvement Financial set up;
• Describe adjusted business processes and prepare user documentation;
• Ensure users are supportive of the new system, overcome obstacles of resistance to change;
• Ensure the project stays within budget and timeline.
Experience and Skills
Qualifications and experience:
• A degree in Business Economics, Accountancy or related field;
• Experience in implementation of ERP systems in an international environment;
• Experience in a Financial accounting (manager) or business controller role for a production or wholesale company;
• Fluent in Dutch and English;
